As already planned and guided by District 3131, the first day i.e 1 July was initiated with the Blood Donation Camp. The camp was organized at Mangeshkar Hospital between 9 am to 2 pm. It friends and relatives of Rotarians. Around 48 bottles of blood were collected in this camp. Around 48 members from RC Poona Midtown contributed in the Blood Donation Camp. The project got publicity in the leading newspapers on the same day as well as the next day. So the day ended with the successful completion of the organized project. So it is like ‘ well begun is half done ‘ for the year 2012-13.
